Reception services:

Guests are greeted by our receptionists from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. Inbound telephone calls are answered with your personal greeting during the same time period.

Conference Rooms and Day Offices:

Two exquisitely decorated conference rooms and our daily offices provide a professional atmosphere for business meetings. Monthly rent includes two free hours in any conference room. Each conference room is equipped with the full range of audiovisual, telephone, and presentation facilities. Your monthly rent also includes up to eight additional hours of global conference room use at one of our partnered facilities throughout the world.

Office Technology

High speed Internet access is provided for a monthly fee. Private e-mail addresses, integrated electronic fax receipt, unified messaging, interoffice networking, additional technology support services are available.

Telephone Technology:

Use of the sophisticated digital telephone system is included. The system features follow-me phone services, voicemail seamless call forwarding, remote updating, voicemail to e-mail transfer, message forwarding, conference calling, call timing and numerous other telephone related services.

Office Equipment and Supplies:

A full spectrum of office equipment is available, including copiers, fax machine,metered mail services,scales, color laser printer, photo printer, scanning, binding, and laminating. Additional specialty services are pre-arranged through quality off-site providers. Supplies are available for purchase in the client services office.

Support Services:

A full range of critical business support is provided though our client services office. These services include word processing, spreadsheet preparation, PowerPoint presentations, technical support, meeting scheduling, billing, copying, faxing, mailing, overnight and courier services, purchasing, and many other activities critical to the smooth operation of your business.

Food, Coffee and Catering Services:

Free coffee and tea are provided daily. Complimentary breakfast pastries and doughnuts are provided on friday mornings. Break Area amenities include free coffee with additional snack and soft drinks also available. On -site catering services for client meetings and conferences can be arranged at additional cost.

Concierge Services:

Our staff will arrange a variety of specialty services including travel, limousine services, concert tickets, restaurant reservations, dry cleaning, shopping, car detailing and many other personalized services.

Office Furniture

We offer a variety of office furniture for your use free of charge!

Building Access and Security:

Clients have electronic security key access to their office 24-hours per day/7 days per week. Each individual office is lockable and separately keyed.

Flexible Leasing:

A variety of lease programs can be individually designed to meet the specific needs of each business.
